Every internet user leaves data on the web during his stay.

This can be system data (e.g. system time, browser version, Internet provider, etc…) and also data that you entered yourself during the ordering process (e.g. name, E-Mail address, place of residence, etc…).

We use data to fulfil our contractual obligations, i.e. to know where to send your parcel. In addition, we analyze website data to make your experience with our company and the website as positive and conflict-free as possible.

d) How do we handle your data?

Your data and its security are important to us. Of course, we adhere to the GDPR (DSGVO) and also make sure that your data is secure and will not be passed on to third parties without your permission. We use additional technical and organizational measures to handle your data securely. This includes, among other things, SSL encryption of our website. This ensures that no third party can read your data without permission.

e) Do you have to transfer data to us?

We need your data to process your order. Without your contact data we cannot enter into a sales contract with you. Furthermore, you are obliged to provide truthful information. b) Processing purposes and legal bases

We process data on the basis of statutory provisions and legitimate interest. Statutory provisions are the tax retention period and product liability in the case of a contract (purchase in the online shop).

The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract) and/or lit f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR (DSGVO).

c) Transfer of data to third parties

On our website we use third-party tools such as web analysis tools or newsletter tools. These are designed to continually improve your experience with our website. If we transfer data to third parties, this will be further explained in the privacy policy. In addition, we enter into a data processing agreement with such companies. So that they also take care of your data as we do.

h) Reason for data collection

Data is processed on our website for various purposes. In order to complete an order process on our website, we require personal data from you. c) Newsletter form

Data that you submit to us via our newsletter form will be automatically managed by us to provide you with a double opt-in option. In other words, we will send you an E-Mail in which you can confirm receipt of the newsletter. Only after you have also confirmed this E-Mail will your data be added to our newsletter distribution list. For this we use the service Mailchimp. d) Contact form

If you send us data using our contact form, we will process it. The transmitted request including your contact data will be stored by us as long as this is necessary.

If you register in our online shop, the data you provide to us will be stored. This enables us to offer you a shortened order process with your next order. The following data will be stored as long as it is necessary:

g) Data transmission at conclusion of contract

Your contract data will only be transmitted by us to other companies if this is necessary for the execution of the contract. c) Google Fonts

d) reCAPTCHA

We use the service “reCaptcha” on the website to check if you are a human or a machine. This service is provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). This service allows us to provide you with a contact form on the site, as your personal request is very important to us. Without this service we would be flooded with untrue, machine-generated requests and we would not be able to process them. Your IP address will be transmitted to these servers. e) Mailchimp

For our newsletter we use the service “Mailchimp” of the company (Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA). This allows us to organize, manage and send our newsletter to you. In addition, user data is collected for analysis. Data you submit to us for and through the newsletter, such as analysis data, will be collected by Mailchimp:

f) Heatmap Hotjar

This website uses the Hotjar Heatmap service provided by Hotjar (Hotjar Ltd, Level 2, St Julian’s Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julian’s STJ 1000, Malta). We use Hotjar to better understand the needs of our users and to optimize the offerings on this website. Hotjar’s technology gives us a better understanding of our users’ experiences (e.g. how much time users spend on which pages, which links they click, what they like and dislike, etc.) and helps us tailor our offerings to our users’ feedback.
